Red banded softballs are light, black are standard weight and blue banded balls are heavy.  Just follow the instructions and you will be throwing faster in just a few days.  The actual balls may be of a different manufacture as inventories change often.  These are simple to make so feel free to copy the design or order as many as you like should you need more.  (Red balls are drilled to make them lighter, Black balls are normal and Blue are heavier)
WARNING -  These balls are NOT designed for hitting.  We use actual softballs and ad weight with special weights that are inserted into the ball.  They are strictly for pitching into a net for practice.  Weighted Softballs are a training aid.  We recommend that you warm up thoroughly before any exercise.

The easiest to use pitching trainer for only $24.99 plus $9.99 packaging and shipping.  This pitching aid is designed to be hung on a fence at the field and used before the game or at home for practice.  It is 36" high and 24" wide with grommets for hanging.  The vendors name has been removed from this display but will be on the product you receive.

Learn to hit your corners and you will strike out more batters.  Most beginning pitchers work only the outside corners (usually the low pitch only).  Now practice the inside corners and watch your strikeouts increase.  Many pitchers using this have written positive comments, one 14u girl pitched a perfect game this past summer and told us that this target helped her to do it.  Learn your signals by calling 1 through 5 and practice each of your pitches at each location.  These are slightly irregular, with grommets not set properly the first time or small printing smudges.  They are still perfect for what you need.  Once you use it a few times it will get banged up anyway!
